Supporting Disadvantaged Children to Discover Their Strengths and Thrive in Life

About our project
Supporting Disadvantaged Children to Discover Their Strengths and Thrive in Life», On My Feet Erasmus Project, aims to help adolescents in their transition to adulthood by developing self-awareness, identifying their strengths and talents, and setting career goals.
It creates an engaging learning experience for adolescents, focusing on self-development and self-exploration to enable them to make informed decisions about their future.
The project includes two main work packages: a self-development course for adolescents and a comprehensive trainer’s package for professionals working with young people.

Objectives
Support disadvantaged adolescents in discovering their personal strengths
Help adolescents develop key skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking
Make the self-development course accessible to a wide range of professionals working with adolescents.
