The Erasmus+ project “On My Feet” aims to deliver two main outcomes.

Personal development course for teenagers
✽

This course is designed to guide teenagers (aged 16 to 20) through a journey of self-exploration, helping them identify their strengths, talents, and career aspirations. It focuses on supporting their personal development so they can make informed decisions about their future. The course aims to foster key 21st-century skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
✽
Objectives
Create an engaging and interactive learning experience that promotes inclusion and helps students from disadvantaged backgrounds or at risk of exclusion to develop their self-esteem, recognize their potential, and find paths for personal and professional growth.
✽
Methodology
The course uses gamification and experiential learning principles to maintain interest and promote practical, natural learning experiences. It is designed to be accessible to a wide range of professionals working with young people, making it adaptable to varying levels of experience with facilitation or experiential learning.
WP2: Self-development course
These videos present the key results of the Self-Development Course, created as part of our European project.
The course is designed to guide teenagers through a journey of self-exploration, helping them discover their strengths, talents, and personal vision.
Through interactive activities and exercises, participants develop essential communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking skills, all of which are crucial for success in today’s world.
The training is delivered in two levels, each of which includes five modules lasting approximately three hours. It has been implemented internationally with professionals who work with young people and, nationally, through pilot training courses with secondary school students and young people who are neither studying nor working, empowering them to chart their own path toward personal and professional growth.

WP3: Trainer’s Guide – Experiential Education Method
This Trainer’s Guide is one of the key outputs of Work Package 3.
It provides a comprehensive framework for implementing the Experiential Education Method (EEM), an innovative approach to experiential learning that supports the personal development of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The guide offers practical tools, lesson plans, and examples to help trainers and educators effectively apply the method in real-life contexts. Its goal is to inspire professionals to create engaging learning experiences that foster self-awareness, motivation, and growth among young people.
The expected impact of these results is:
❈
Promote inclusion and awareness among adolescents about their different backgrounds and the influence these have on their lives.
❈
Provide professionals with the tools and knowledge necessary to deliver an effective personal development course.
❈
Provide better career guidance for adolescents and improve their social and employability skills to prepare them for the labor market.
